  • Identity shifts

  • Community and connection

The group is offered online for CA/CO clients and in person in Boulder depending on enrollment.

Yes. I offer Couples & Family Grief Therapy for relationships, families, or partners navigating grief collectively. These sessions focus on communication, understanding each person’s experience, and supporting the system as a whole.

Do you offer sliding scale options?

Yes. I reserve a small number of reduced-fee spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out if cost is a barrier.

How do I know whether therapy or coaching is right for me?

A good rule of thumb:

Choose therapy if you are seeking deep healing and psychotherapeutic treatment following significant loss.

Choose coaching if you are seeking psychoeducation around grief, along with solution-focused and future-oriented short-term support.

If you’re unsure, I can help guide you toward the right fit.

What ages do you work with?

I currently work with adults and teens (13+).
